DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This contract has been drawn up between the BUYER and the SELLER, whose information is given below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER:
(User who orders via Shopier)

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the www.monokido.com website.

ORDER AND DELIVERY
• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the courier company and the recipient's address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason.
• In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing via e-mail.

RETURN
• In case of product return, the cost of sending the product back belongs to the BUYER.
• After the product reaches the SELLER, it is checked and the price is refunded within 10 business days.

COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized according to the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

This contract comes into force when the order is confirmed.
