Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement has been drawn up between the real or legal person who is a member of the www.monokido.com website (briefly "MEMBER") and BYHE TEKSTİL SATIŞ PAZARLAMA VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (briefly "SELLER") who operates the site, to determine the membership conditions.

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

• The member declares that the information provided in the registration form is accurate and belongs to him/her.
• Membership begins when registration is completed in the system.
• SELLER reserves the right to reject membership applications without giving a reason.

TERMS OF USE

• The member is obliged to act in accordance with the law and general morality while using the site.
• Members cannot share their information with others; in this case, all responsibility belongs to the member.
• Valid sales contracts also apply to purchases made on the site.

SECURITY

• Member information is protected within the scope of KVKK and Privacy Policy.
• Commercial electronic messages are sent only based on the approval given during membership.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

• Members may terminate their membership at any time.
• SELLER may suspend or terminate the membership of users who act contrary to the membership terms.

COMPETENT COURT

Istanbul Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract.

FORCE

The member is deemed to have accepted this agreement when he/she completes and approves the registration form.
