When will my order be shipped?
• Once your order is approved, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. This period may change during special campaign periods.

How much is the shipping fee?
• For orders within Türkiye, free shipping campaign may be applied periodically depending on the basket amount. For detailed information, please see the payment page.

Where can I purchase the products?

Can I make changes to my order?
• If you contact us shortly after placing your order, changes can be made if it has not been shipped yet.

What are the return conditions?
• You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused, untagged and in its original packaging.

Can I make a change?
• Product exchange may be possible depending on stock availability. Exchange shipping fee belongs to the customer.

Do you ship abroad?
• Yes, we ship to many countries. International shipping costs and delivery times can be viewed on the payment screen.

Every product you buy from Monokido is designed and produced with care. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

PRODUCT CHANGE

• You can request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
• The product to be exchanged must be unused, unlabeled and in its original packaging.
• Depending on stock availability, the same product can be exchanged for a different size or another product.
• The shipping cost of the exchange belongs to the customer.

RETURN

• You can request a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
• The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, unlabeled and in its original packaging.
• In case of return, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
• Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 10 business days using the same method you used for payment.
