• You can request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
• The product to be exchanged must be unused, unlabeled and in its original packaging.
• Depending on stock availability, the same product can be exchanged for a different size or another product.
• The shipping cost of the exchange belongs to the customer.

RETURN

• You can request a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
• The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, unlabeled and in its original packaging.
• In case of return, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
• Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 10 business days using the same method you used for payment.

DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This contract has been drawn up between the BUYER and the SELLER, whose information is given below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the www.monokido.com website.

ORDER AND DELIVERY
• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the courier company and the recipient's address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason.

RETURN
• In case of product return, the cost of sending the product back belongs to the BUYER.

COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized according to the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement has been drawn up between the real or legal person who is a member of the www.monokido.com website (briefly "MEMBER") and BYHE TEKSTİL SATIŞ PAZARLAMA VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (briefly "SELLER") who operates the site, to determine the membership conditions.

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

• Membership begins when registration is completed in the system.
• SELLER reserves the right to reject membership applications without giving a reason.

TERMS OF USE
