PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The name of the ordered product, its quantity, sales price including all taxes, payment method and basic characteristics are as stated in the order form.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
The product will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation is received.
Delivery time may vary depending on the BUYER's address and the shipping company.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason.
Notification of withdrawal must be made by e-mail.
The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
- In products prepared in line with the personal needs of the consumer
- For underwear and accessory products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
Return shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
After the returned products are checked, the payment will be refunded within 10 business days.

DISPUTE:
In cases of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
